I know people have asked about shipping them in the past because we literally tear it off the lanai and building like a weed. If anyone has good advice on how it should be shipped, if it needs to be propagated in water or soil first, I'd love to hear it. My mom is the green thumb and would like a small money hobby. I told her how much people love them and pay a lot at the store for it…

BTW we just had a long time without rain, until this weekend… I know it looks a little ragged and brown

Wow! Do you mind me asking where you live? Also, that seems like an excellent side hustle!

Oh my gosh!!!!! I miss living in FL — I had a normal monstera (yours is amazing I am so envious) but it was huge and beautiful and sadly I couldn’t move it to WA. But I’d definitely like a cutting hahahaha keep us posted

  5. You can sell it by doing clippings, by doing it bare root, or by doing it in soil, the best ones I’ve gotten have been in soil in 2″-6″ pots with soil and cotton holding everything in and then paper tape criss crossing the container keeping all the moist soil and plant in, just wrap around stems so they can’t be broken or wrap stems in news paper and lightly tie, with bate root you just wrap in papertowel and then use ziplock bag for cuttins with small amount of moisture or wrap end in paper towel. make sure that you mark fragile plants on outside of the box when you ship. I would definitely like to buy some and I’m in Oklahoma so it wouldn’t be more than 5 days at most to receive.
