Looked super healthy when I got it, indirect sunlight for 5-6h in a day. I water it when the top part gets dry. Recently the leaves have been falling off, and now I see this brown pigmentation everywhere

Overwatering I guess
Overwatering and not enough flowing air. They require lots of Sun
Overwatering for sure. are there drainage holes? Is it double potted?
Does your pot have drainage??
Needs more light
