today we’re going to show you guys how Mom Waters this entire Garden some of you guys have been wondering and asking in the comments so we see you and today we’re going to show you how Mom Waters it it’s Mama Judy’s garden and I am Tong her son and cameraman and this is Mama Judy let’s check it out here it open it turn it on like this and glow right here oh the pump oh this pump is so old it over over 10 year already yeah but they still working here that yeah so the pump is in here you got a [Music] whole irrigation system the water you so Mom has originally had to dump water to start the flow right here and she gets the water from here where did this water come from inside the house the house yeah the from the house yeah so she has to feed water in here to start it up right now it can start automatically but if she opens that the water’s going to start flying out the expensive thing is the electric bill now I’m understanding why the electric bill is a little bit higher is because Mom has to water the entire Garden um and that’s powered by this pump right here so just so you guys can see that is connected to some of these pipes and sprinklers through the garden it used to be all the way around the entire Garden but there has been some changes in the garden and right now it’s only this side of the garden that has sprinklers oh look who’s here Diamond dad’s home yep so we got the sprinkler system here and then the rest of the garden the water feeds it to the hose this hose and mom walks around the entire garden and hand Waters it herself all right so now we’re in the front yard you can already see that momay started watering and Mom how often do you water all your plants oh one a day once a day this morning I so busy so you water in the morning better than the the afternoon so Mom recommends watering in the morning oh there’s a grasshopper yeah oh ooh so Mom would have to pull around the hose every time it gets caught on something I’m think about getting her one of those hose that like attaches to the wall and it like recoils cuz she kind of just leaves this on the ground go ahead and recommend in the comments below what is the best hose that you guys recommend that can attach to the wall and it retracts this is Mom’s routine for like like 30 years now growing up uh me and my siblings would sometimes wonder where mom’s at at like I think like 9:00 she’s outside wiring the plants cuz she would come home from work and she’ll work from 9:00 a.m. to 900 p.m. and she’ll come home and she’ll run outside and water the garden and me and my siblings would wonder where she’s at and obviously she’s in the garden taking care of her plants and um now she doesn’t have to water it so late cuz she is gardening full- time and the plants get more attention and they get to be watered more frequent cuz when Mom used to come home late from work sometimes she’s too tired and she can’t attend to the Garden but yeah now she has more time and these plants get more attention the wind is blowing the water back into mom’s face check out these water buckets that Mom sets and she puts this right here well that’s Innovative she put a bottle cap with a string from a mop tosses this in here the bottle cap floats and the water drips from here it keeps the it keeps the raised beds moist just in case mom forgets to to water it yeah one of these Pro tips that you find when you wander through mom’s Garden wow yeah they they sleep they need the water so you water them and they quick him up wow look at these in this water mom how long does it take you to water the whole garden the whole garden uh the front on the back the front and the back the front on the back oh long time half day half day how long it take you for the front the front about 2 hours two hours to water it like I said earlier Mom puts these water buckets around the garden well this one easy access for watering but Mom will set up systems like this and like those more there to help her keep her plants watered show you over here in case she misses some check this out not that this all right and then you got this one one over here they’re all held differently which I love is really unique check this clamp out that is so funny a binder clip or paper clip and this one this one’s the bottle cap method bottle cap method dripping into this keeping all these plants watered check it out this one being held by foam so that’s one other method you tie a knot and then you let it float and then it will drip into the raised beds we got more over there some over here here got this one come yeah Mom here I told you how to protect if the swe the cold uhhuh C this one oh it’s too cold too cold and you you f like this isn’t that insulation for pipes uhhuh right this oh you can probably use a pool noodle uhhuh and right here you keep the plant warm and they didn’t cold see and three minute later you cut it out uh-huh are they okay all right guys Pro tip for cold weather if you guys want to keep your plants warm just slide on a foam tube you can probably get something at the dollar store just cut it in half I think this is insulation from Mom’s old water heater um and then you go ahead and wrap your plant for this example we’re using the custard apple plant but yeah protape if you want to keep your plants warm and prevent it from dying oh no we forgot an important part we forgot to spray our mosquito oh my gosh so hard to [Music] breathe got refill these buckets too while she’s at it Mom what do you have planted over here this one your peppers yeah see they liive again yeah after H they all die and that is your firecracker eggplant uhhuh what did you want to show us mom well Mom propagated these flowers I forgot what they’re called but they’re about to bloom and it’s The Fall [Music] season yeah Ma oh yeah Mom say she propagates a lot she’s going to show us all the plants that she propagated and I know I’m sorry guys it’s kind of dark we just had the time change so daylight savings so right now it’s about 540 and it’s going to start being dark in our future videos because I have to come home from work and try to beat traffic and then meet Mom here and get some content for you guys these blue butterfly pea flowers these are very easy to propagate this is what the flower looks like there has to be a better way that is so cute mom does not like throwing things away she tried to patch this up you got water leaking all over your place let’s put it here here got more buckets ready more buckets and you put like this and you c c them like this for the mosquitoes yeah noo you got that c right there Y and the water on the top here right there right here that’s it what is that M manga that’s another custard apple mm custard apple plant yeah look the bigger now which one that one this one the same M yeah this year here there’s more here yeah and here too planting so many custard apple oh myet sorry good thing I was wearing rain boots that’s so funny good D well she still got me but my toes could have been soaked how can you go to turn on the turn off the the water water all right I’ll go just don’t water me no I didn’t all right I’ll go turn off the water yeah let’s go help Mom turn off the water all right this is the contraption just pop this open and that’s it oops and that’s how Mom water her garden with a DIY irrigation system whoa here now the time they have to F oh my God look at this passion fruit so happy happy happy right here too right here right here right here look look all right guys comment below and be honest who started growing their own passion fruits uhoh sorry yeah we’re going to have to do something about the Jun Plum Tree After the Storm hurricane Milton knocked it down even more you can kind of see that it’s like slanted a lot more than before and we’ll have to try to figure out how to bring it back up but it’s still alive you can see the green leaves they drink leaves but they have no fruit yeah no fruit right now not for the not for the winter all right guys it’s getting dark so we’re going to wrap up the video thank you guys for for joining us today and uh leave a like comment below and let us know what you want to see next by all right guys see you guys next time bye

Your mom is so wonderful! I would be in heaven with a garden yard like this!! 💜Thank you for sharing her with us!
I hope to get my garden this active😊
A sprinkler system would be awesome!
Cameraman, you move the camera too fast. I'm dizzy. The best hose is the least expensive one that works. You still have to pull it out and around corners.
I have a diy watering system too and also hand water
I love all Mama Judy’s garden innovations- She is very clever and the garden looks great! 😊
Hubby and I are retired now so we’d been doing some gardening especially veggies that are expensive nowadays. Living in the island of Hawaii, we’ve learned quite a few tricks like your Mommy does and so far we have quite a success outcome. Love and hugs to you and your Mom, happy gardening!❤️🤗
I’m still waiting for my first passion fruit. The one flower I had dropped, maybe it’s still young. Love how creative your mom is in her garden, she sure made it her own.
I can’t believe how fast you all whipped that garden back in shape after the storms. Do you get frost where you are?
New here…love watching Mama Bao! Good work both of you👏
My gardena retractable hose has been in service for 5 years now.
Can mamaJudy recommend places to get low cost fruit trees and vegetable seeds ❤
