An interesting tidbit about E. pulvinata is that they have particularly thick flower stems for echeverias, so thick in fact that before the flowers begin to form they look just like how an actual branch/main stem would look like, unlike other echeveria which have thin flower stalks that are easy to differentiate from actual branches
