We brought this flf almost a Yr back and it was full of leaves and beautiful. At first it lost a few leaves which is normal and it was thriving. 3-4 weeks back we noticed growth on both tops and near a notch I made on the bottom because I wanted to reshape it. Unfortunately we had to leave our place for almost 2weeks due to a emergency and when we came back few leaves fell off which gradually got worse n worse almost loosing 4-5 leaves DAILY. I’m clueless what to do now. What should I do about this? Repot and trim or just leave it as it is hoping something will grow back? Help

This tropical plant needs sunlight so much..it’s better to place it by brighter window….

I suggest cutting both stems back..just keep 2-3 ft tall on each(without any leaves)..and water them once every 10-14days(must water them thoroughly each time)..don’t keep excess water in saucer(beneath the pot)after watering, because this water can cause root rot..

They’ll bud again in several weeks+..June is coming,do it ASAP

Salvageable if you give it proper light, chop it back drastically and place it in a bright window

In that dark corner it will surely die. Its already out out a new branch. Please stop killing it.
