I built this paludarium 3 weeks ago and added some red sakura shrimp yesterday,
The stream pulls water through the substrate for filtering and i have some millepede and springtails on the land section (if they are still alive),i also noticed quite a bit of microfauna in the substrate the last few weeks.
The snail population has also been growing fast.
I believe i got a decent start to set up a mostly self sustaining ecosystem.
Any tips on fish or landcreatures i might add to improve the self sustainability?
