Have had this since 2018/2019. It has been pretty healthy. Gets morning and afternoon sun in its currently position, with skylights giving it quite a bit of ambient and direct sunlight daily.

I haven't repotted until this Spring. Before repotting, the lower leaves dropped off consistently since last year. My guess was we didn't give it enough fertilizer over the last couple of years, just normal watering.

With the newly potted plant, and new soil, wondering how long before I need to actually fertilize it as we are coming up to summer in the PNW.

I did chop off the top a couple of weeks before repotting but it has been a week and doing ok so far.

The best advice I’ve received about fertilizer is to use just a bit every time you water. That way it’s slowly given and much easier to remember!
