The first picture is of my fiddle leaf fig 8 months ago. We moved and he has been getting south facing sunlight ever since (I live in a dry city north of the 50th parallel, so that is a lot of light). I think I overwatered him in the winter though, and the solarium got too cold. The humidifier was out of commission for a while too.

Second picture was today. There is a new leaf coming in but you can see the other leaves are in rough shape. I checked on the roots and they are pretty shallow. He is about 14 inches tall now.

Should I chop? Goodnight, sweet prince 😩

Repot & add a grow light. They are $20 on Amazon

Flf is tropical plant, it needs sunlight so much..it’s better to place it by brighter window..l suggest watering it once every 10-14days(must water it thoroughly each time)..and take the pot out from decorative pot when watering(don’t keep excess water in decorative pot)

    Flf’s growing temperature is between 68-100°F(20-38 °C)

…….and these partial wilted leaves won’t recover..remove them!
