I need help identifying what type of fuchsia, this is, and if it’s hardy or not,
Just got this guy, but unfortunately did not come with a tag. So I'm kind of lost. I just want to make sure that I'll be able to leave it outside over the winter.Any hope would be appreciated thanks.

Not hardy below zone 9 I believe. There is a zone 5 hardy fuscia tho.
