I was thinking of placing square concrete slabs under it to prevent rot? Thoughts?

Earth anchors to keep it on the ground. The longer and more the better, especially if you are in a windy area. Quick to install and relatively inexpensive. Mine keep my 8×12 down permanently but are simple to remove the times I’ve had to move the greenhouse.

Yes. They came with the ShelterLogic Auger Anchor Kit that I bought here. I think I used 8 around the whole greenhouse but mine isn’t wood and is much lighter and was afraid it would blow away. https://a.co/d/hCfIG4J

You’re welcome! There are probably other good solutions too; hopefully others will post some ideas.

How much did the floor model cost?

I just assembled mine a couple weeks ago… I had it in the box for almost 2 years, lol.

Take it off the truck, that’ll help

Ropes over the top or hooked to the top of the sides, down to rebar or angle iron anchors at a 45 degree angle buried/driven in the dirt. Classic “deadman”.
