Is this money tree even worth saving or am I fooling myself? From what I’ve gathered from reading here, it looks as though I may have thrips? I have had it separated from my other plants and have been spraying Capt Jack’s Neem Max Oil on it for maybe give or take 3 weeks now? Have watered once since sequestering it. It’s in a west facing window (evening sun) but was previously with my other plants in an east facing window. New leaves grow but they usually end up looking funky like the older ones. I’m sad if it has to go, but I don’t want to waste time, energy, and neem oil on something that’s not likely to show any improvement. What do you all think? Thanks!!!!

Likely thrips. You’ll need a systemic. I recommend a quick research on the thrip life cycle to understand them better
