  1. It reminds me so much of my boys at that age, they used to call helping me cheap labor🤣😂 guess they didn't factor in all the groceries they ate 😂😅

  2. <3 your babies are so friggin cute. I mean Ben steals my heart everytime he graces your video, but hearing the kids talk about how delightful and delicious the cherries are and how looking forward to the other fruit they are had me literally grabbing my heart like omg. <3 I love the relationship ya'll have, I hope your babies appreciate it too.

  3. One year I sacrificed the health of a hanging plant with a wren's nest in it. Covered it with a roll up shade to keep the rain from drowning baby birds right under the overflow. Of course I missed the day they fledged. Peace and Blessings Jess and garden crew ❤

  4. Ohhhhh, my Pyrenees-Maremma had some unfortunate fun in my garden this morning. Not even a full cup of coffee before she showed up with a new Eau de FoxPeux….. Noooooo Lolaaaaaa……. Ugh.

  5. I saw that another YouTuber (sorry can’t remember who) grows potatoes in her green stalks! My mind was blown. Not a huge harvest but successful.

  6. Oh every year I lay out elephant garlic in the heat to dry it. It totally works. Ideal isn't always possible (as you know) and "good enough" is exactly how it sounds, it's good 🙂

  7. What great parents you and Miah are! I love listening to your boys. They are so mature and considerate. They have fabulous reasoning skills and are are a blessing to both you, your farm and us who longingly watch and daydream we are a part of your farm ❤❤

  8. Well, I hear ya! I couldn’t drink my second cup of coffee after feeding time! It’s 81° here today in Maine mountains…rare for this day in May! Phew!

  9. I planted Nanking cherries for the first time this spring, I'm excited to one day have a big harvest like that! I'll make sure to water them regularly 🙂

  10. Yes, research the southern low chill cherries, Jess!
I planted 4 low chill cherry types in sw Arkansas this spring.
There are new cultivars from Zaiger that have under 800 chill hours. Some are as low as 300 hours.

  11. What a blessing from two sweet young men and Jess! The baby birds were so little and sweet. Three strong young sons sure come in handy in the garden. God bless you all.❤️✝️🙏🇺🇸

  12. I have to say, I bought lemon and lime basil today, just to make tea, I'm so excited to have some basil tea this spring! Was thinking of you when I saw it! Have a blessed day!

  13. Hey Jess and Boys 👋,what a beautiful fruit😍.
That's so neat that Momma bird nested in your basket tower🤭.
    JO JO IN VT 🌞💞

  14. Quite a productive day! All those yummy cherries, garlic and baby birds to be awed by. Blessings right back to all of you.

  15. Last year I had a Robin make a nest in my greenhouse, in the middle of my tomato starts. I left her alone, but had no tomatoes. 😮

  16. Those Nanking cherries are abundant and such a striking shade of red. I love both of your ideas to use them for jelly and for wine.I enjoyed watching you pick them with the boys, it’s nice to have extra hands in the garden. Jess you are doing parenting right!
