Hi all,
New fiddle leaf fig owner here. It was growing well for a couple months (2 new leaves). then I skipped watering for a week while on a work trip and it started to drop leaves
I repotted from the black plastic container to the pot in the picture and it hasn’t grown since. I repotted three weeks ago. Any help is appreciated
I have done monsteras and they do really well this is my first fig

Does it have drainage at all in that pot? I would worry about root rot if you went from watering it in a plastic container with drainage to watering it in a pot without drainage.
Yup it has a hole at the base of the pot
I put mesh down and the water was coming out when I initially watered it in this new pot
Your plant brown leaves on a fiddle leaf fig is due to a fungle infection from the roots sitting in too much moisture. First of all, the plant should be shifted another pot or container. A few days ago I faced a similar problem and I followed the tips written on the [page.](https://myindoorplants.com/2023/09/25/what-causes-how-to-cure-fiddle-leaf-fig-brown-spots/)
What kind of soil did you use? Flf can get stressed when being repotted.
