Also, would it be possible to grow a tree from a piece of willow bark? It's still green (under tape lol) and about 14 years old now..I know it's probably not possible but figured it's worth asking

Kinda looks like a weeping willow tree.. so maybe its a weeping willow?
And if it is a weeping willow tree, you can grow cuttings from the branches! Well tbh I think you can grow cuttings from any kind of willow tree. I just recently cut a bunch of weeping willow branches and put them in water to root, and the roots are going crazy already 🙂
