I’ve had this monstera since 2021 and I’ve watched it grow from a little 4in pot to this size! Lately it looks like the stems are getting so long and many of the lower leaves are drooping significantly compared to last year. I keep the plant by this window but the direction of light is not optimal, so I also run grow lights for 3hrs/day in the morning. I usually water it once a week and the pot has drainage holes and some rocks at the bottom.

I did have to recently leave the plant for 2 weeks to go on a trip and I just had 1 friend come by once to water her. When I came back, I repotted her to adjust the moss poles in order to get more support on the back of the plant. The roots looked good and I didn’t have to cut any off due to root rot, so do we think it’s under watered?

I’m kind of concerned at the droopiness and I noticed some of the leaves are getting brown on the tips, including a new leaf she’s putting out that has been taking a while to unfurl.

Any tips would be greatly appreciated! I’m not much of a green thumb and this monstera is by far my longest term plant and I want to take good care of her!
