I water it once a week, once the soil has dried out. Does this look like a fungal infection or parasite?
Also, does it look like the plant is getting enough light? I know it shouldn’t be in direct sun exposure but I’m not sure if that spot is right

all of this damage looks purely cosmetic except the second picture

These guys are pretty tough. They do love some sun if you have a window to put them near. My golden love direct morning sun. The rest of the day they hang out in my big south facing window with a thin sheer curtain to protect them from afternoon sun. I think the leaves look ok. I see some what looks like damage from before the leaves unfurled. I have one that has that constantly due to the basket he’s in. As for the one that looks to be chomped…do you have any cats?

In the second to last you can see how the tip looks like it’s been eaten off and usually that happens when there isn’t enough humidity as it’s unfurling. Maybe add a humidifier? But in general it sometimes just happens. Everything else is cosmetic and is fine.
