Definitely Mojitos, put it in ice cream, and you could infuse some liquor too. Also, your mint is escaping its prison.
Embarrassed-Cause250
You could dehydrate and either add to your tea or if you like herbal tea, steep it for mint herbal tea.

You can infuse oils.

I always use mine for tea. Just put some clean leaves in boiling water and done. Mint cookies are also great. My mint finally started regrowing after the winter and I’m so excited for some fresh mint tea

THIRD the mojitos!! Mint juleps, mocktails, mint ice cream, refreshing summer mint tea if you dehydrate…
Just make sure it doesn’t escape or it will grow everywhere lol

Cucumbers, tomatoes, feta, basil, mint, salt, pepper, olive oil, and lemon. Delicious. Can add orzo, chicken, pine nuts, etc.
I just throw mint in the freezer and crunch it over ice cream and desserts. I also like to make mint oil and use it with lamb/beef with tomato based sauce and potatoes. Uhhmmmm dry it in a dehydrator. Make mint jelly and can it.
thoroughly. Crush in a coffee bean grinder and store. Use in anything. I use it to make tea.

Just don’t let it escape that planter, it’s very useful but also very invasive

Mint is fabulous with berries.
I like to make blackberry mint compote for pork roasts.
It can be infused into oils or lipid based products.
It makes a fantastic tea. It’s really easy to dry and prepare it.

Make oil infusions for Christmas gifts. If you’re good with sealing jars, even better, but bottles are fine.
Peppermint/mint oil is great for minor muscle stiffness, headaches, aromatherapy, put some in the bath for your skin.. Adding things like Lavender or even jasmine is wonderful. C:

My neighbor randomly planted mint which then rooted into my yard. Every time I mowed my lawn it, my whole neighborhood smelled like mint !! Just keep it reined in 🤗

Milk shakes with coco powder?
Smoothies
Finely chop and use in baking?..
However….. I’d dig that out and put it in a pot or large barrel or something where it can’t spread through the ground. It’s very hard to get rid of.

Ice cream. Tea. Rat repellant (leave it there)

You can also add it to summer fruit salads

I love peppermint iced tea in the summer. So refreshing.

Not that it matters, but what type of mint is it? When I cut my mints, rosemary, lemon balm, lemon verbena, and more back, I like to make little packets to give to friends to use. My mint favs are definitely banana, lavender, chocolate, pineapple, apple, sweet pear, and berries and cream mints. There is no end to the uses for Mint, including to kill and repel ants.

Juice it with some watermelon for a refreshing summer drink.

Let it get taller, clip it, and hang to dry for tea

For something not sweet, nor alcoholic, you can use mint in a lot of Mediterranean and middle eastern cooking. Green goddess dressing, falafel, tabouli. Goes great with lamb as well.

Add some to salads. 🥗
Add some to your drinking water. 💧
Add some to your tzatziki. 😋
Use it for these four things and it’ll get used up very quickly.
