    I lived in Modesto back in the 70's , our property bordered the Tuolumne River at the end of Hatch rd, it was very nice and peaceful out there!

    A wonderful house, a wonderful garden. Roger is a lot like my wife. She will buy something she likes, not that is has anything to do with a theme. Somehow she always finds the perfect place for whatever she bought. The grapefruits were huge, more grapefruits then one could ever eat. Diane, your filming was perfect and the tour was the best.     Lovely place. Plant placement is perfection, color variation as well. The agave in pots at the front porch are a fabulous touch. This is my California dream. I’m inspired.
