Seems very dry! The soil looks like some sort of clay. Should be succulent soil

Hi, I think (1) you have to figure out if the soil mix the plant currently in is for succulents.
(2) watering should be done in between long periods (2-3 months depending how fast the soil dries)
(3) and when you do water the plant make sure you soak it. some people submerge the whole plant in water for 30min. hope this helps
