So I put a Lychee seed in my girlfriends pot just as a joke.
I forgot about it and we went to holidays. When we came back I saw that it actually sprouted! I am so happy about it, but now I don’t know how to deal with it 😀
I want it to live, anyone knows how my next steps should look like? Will it survive?
Thanks for your answers!

Since it’s already started growing from seed, I don’t see any reason why it wouldn’t survive under good growing conditions.
I’m not familiar enough with lychees to know whether they’re hybrids or heirloom/heritage plants. Many store bought fruits are hybrid varieties. Like a mule born from a horse and donkey, you can get healthy hybrid offspring for one generation, but that hybrid won’t be able to reproduce properly. If a hybrid fruit tree does produce fruit it often isn’t tasty.
But if you just want it to grow, I think you got your wish! Put it in a pot of its own that is no more than 1-2” bigger than your seed. **Well draining** seed starter or potting mix is a must. Let it fully dry out between waterings.
It’ll probably need more light. They have enough in the seed to get started, but if you can put it in a bright southern window now it’ll thank you.
I’d re-pot into a separate small pot, plenty of water and sun. I’ve had about 10 last summer, I’m down to 4, some are dying but I have no idea why.
Lychee trees thrive in a subtropical environment, so aim for warmth and humidity.
