  1. Good evening dearest kaye, oh my word.xxits Monday 6.45pm here for me in uk.southwest, the day has been like summer, still very sunny at the moment.!my goodness that took me by surprise seeing your jack frost morning 😮😮. Oh brrrrrrrr, xxxxxx

  2. Kay you can have lemons. This past year my single Meyer lemon tree produced 8 of the largest lemons I have ever seen. I had it in my front pot garden with very hot sun with little shade. I fertilized it a lot after the little lemons formed. I brought it inside before a freeze. I hope your tree will bloom a lot more and form good strong lemons.

  3. Thank-you so much for your inspiration and beauty. Love all your films Thank-you. Beautiful music, and birds 🐦 hmmmmm!Thank-you kaye. Xx😊Lots of love x

  4. You have been so busy!!! Your garden is going to be great…. It always is!
This is such a busy time of year, and such a FUN time of year. I dug up and transplanted quite a few fruit trees this week while Reedy was busy tilling the big garden again. My muscles are getting a good workout! Plum trees here have hundreds of plums on them already. Jujube trees, nectarines, apricots, figs, pears, peaches and persimmons are looking really good too. Hopefully they will do better this year than last. ..
All of our seedlings are going in the ground in 7-10 days here. Can’t wait to reclaim our spare room!

  5. Figs drop all their leaves when they are dormant in california. Once the weather warms and it goes outside, it will grow new leaves

  6. You had frost! Wow! Never saw that coming after all this warmth and storms last night. Glad that you are okay and that you are getting so much done on your homestead. 💗

  7. Wow looks like you are getting things done with lots of help. Hope the weather does not set you back too much but it can be tricky for sure. Thanks for the garden updates and have a blessed week…

  8. It's been mostly mild here in the Missouri Ozarks, but I just looked at the forecast, and we're going to have a hard freeze next weekend. It's not safe to plant frost sensitive lavs until Mother's Day. It's so hard to wait.

  9. My Mexican Sunflower was GORGEOUS last year. It was huge like a tree – 7 feet tall and over 6 feet wide. As far as replanting the Hazelnut bushes, "Better late than never". It's been a BEAUTIFUL Spring here in SW Missouri. The flowering trees are prettier than they've been in years. The past few years, a frost would zap them. Tomorrow I'll be out in the garden. We got 65 bags of soil. We have raised beds and I haven't figured out where it all goes from year to year. The worms surely can't be that hungry!!

  10. The first blooms we see in my area is the yellow of the forsythia bush or tree.. lovely small yellow flowers. Reminds me Spring is coming soon!

  11. Happy Wednesday Kaye. A very breezy day here in Northern California. We went from 87 degrees to 48. Hail, rain, ugly winds. Tons of government geo engineering here, aka cloud seeding..
