Ok, I admit I’m a sucker for plants in distress….Picked these up at the supermarket yesterday. Tags say they hail from Canada. I’m guessing cold damage? Crowns look ok.
Perhaps they got stuck on a truck overnight or two on their ride here? Falling over in the shopping bag on the way home and breaking a few more leaves did not help.
I’m in Western Massachusetts where we have half an inch of snow this morning. Cold, wet springs make Spring fever so much more intense!!
