Its leaves are curling, skinny. And it hasn’t produced a leaf in I believe years. I used to have it in my leopard gecko’s enclosure until I realized that I should probably try to keep it alive. I recently watered it through a bottom soak but haven’t watered it in ages beforehand. It has drainage holes and definitely had drainage in my gecko’s enclosure. It gets about 11 hours of full sun as I also have a grow light for a few other plants. How do I turn its leaves full again so I can put it back in my geckos enclosure?

It likely won’t ever do well indoors. They grow well in full sun year round. A “long skinny” plant is called etoliated, it’s stretching for more light.
I mean they do well in full sun sure but if it’s too much sun they will turn brownish to protect themselves from the harsh rays before turning green again when the sun is less intense. The type of browning you have will not recover.
Top water it every 1-2 months. Make sure it has sun but not extremely hot blaring sun.
Absolutely aloe can thrive indoors just need to be cared for properly. I have a friend with a 50yr old aloe in a 3 gal pot and it’s trailed out multiple feet. And im in the pacific northwest. Not much sun.
I also wonder if any specks/dirt i can see on the leaves might possibly be an insect? I’ve had black thrips suck an aloe dry over time.
Those are just the oldest leaves. As it grows the oldest leaves die off. Just snip them off. That will encourage it to grow more. Water like once a month. Mine is huge with tons of pups with just a growlight inside.
You can grow aloe pretty well in a well lit window. That aloe wants water and authentic sunlight
I watched a video on YouTube on how to keep alive inside but don’t remember what it said, you can go diving on YouTube and see if you find anything that works.
