Looks like thrip larvae- and LOTS!!!
I will let a pro take it from here, but do get it away from all other plants and even put it in a ziplock.

I’ve had thrips and I have to say that 2-3 treatments of SF nematodes, 2 weeks apart, nipped them right in the bud. I got them from arbico organics. All in all it was 40 per treatment, so not cheap, but worth its weight in gold for how easy it was.
Mix the powder in water, water every plant you have, repeat in 2 weeks. Done.
