I received my first African Violet as a gift about a year ago. Just a supermarket NOID, nothing fancy. It was doing well enough but now the leaves are droopy and narrow and crunchy instead of firm and glossy and round.
It still puts out a decent number of blooms though.
I’m not sure if it’s healthy or not and if I should do something differently? I water about once a week and use liquid fertilizer every other time.

it looks like it needs more water, other than that pretty solid!
is the soil bone dry? if it’s soaking wet, that would be bad, as it could indicate root rot. But if dry, water it, and monitor it more often and water it when it dries out, and she should be fine. Chronically dry violets can take a few weeks to really bounce back once watered, so don’t expect an overnight return to peak health. But it is absolutely a very fixable issue, if that is the case!
If you have had it for a year it could probably use some fresh soil and you can take off some of the older leaves. It seems to like where you have it if it’s blooming.
