Her older leaves turned brown and died off after I finally got it fertilizer. Now the new leaves are too- basically overnight. I followed the directions, did I give too much?

It looks like it. Run clean water through. I’m so sorry, I have done it too.
I think this plant is a goner. It looks like it has crown rot, the center leaves look dead. You can try to propagate the healthy leaves although it will be hard if the rot has already traveled up the stems.
