Wow … weren’t Manito the sspc spud for last year so that would have made your weight heavier. And yeah, not seen them around so would be nice extras to add into your seed potato supply. Wish the slugs had left me even a tiddler to try growing on for a future supply for myself. Ah well.
Can’t wait for the story behind the flower.
Hi Steve, I use a potato fertiliser from exilir on-line, they also have onion & garlic feed, too. Our allotment committee buys it in. Haven't done my potatoes yet, second earlies, so will do in April. Great update. Thanks for sharing and take care 😊

Nice to see my entry at the end for the sspc2025 😂, patiently waiting for my lego plates to arrive now for my digwell dibbers 😂
Been sifting all morning for sticks 🤦♀️ so I can do my parsnips. So more steps than days I guess. Now do you have to do any of this to grow in bales? Not going to do it but I was curious. Don’t smell it too much you’ll be growing a moustache out your nose 😂😂. Have a fab day we have a storm on the way 🤦♀️, Ali ⛈️🌧️🌧️🇨🇦
