Yeah not a big fan of lawns. Use the space for native plants and/or plant fruit trees and simple garden in the back. The Vietnamese have a saying: tấc đất tấc vàng highlighting the importance of not wasting precious soil on a useless lawn. It looks pretty though.
So what do you do if you have a bumpy yard, yet the previous owner installed sprinklers into the lawn itself. Do you do something similar? Or work around the sprinklers?
