Since it's obviously a cutting that the nursery planted I first thought that it was a regular new growth. But it isn't. No leaves forming, just nodes without aerial roots and ofcourse it's ridiculously long despite being on growlights and getting (measured) more than enough light.
There is also a new growth point emerging from the ground that just produced it's first actual leaf. And it's looking healthy otherwise.
What is my holey little buddy doing?

It’s a runner. Attach it to something so it can vine securely and it will start pushing leaves if it’s like amydrium silver. Mine pushed 3 runners until I gave them something to climb and all three have just started pushing leaves after a couple months
Ive heard obliquas are notorious for pushing out runners

You can also make cutting of the three nodes I see on the runner. I like to cut exactly in the middle of the stem, so each node has plenty of stem on either side. Then you’ll have some more babies
