FAMILY TIME planting !! great video
Your smile says today was an amazing day 🤗, Samantha really has the spring gardening bug and her technique is awesome.
Benjamin walking into shot 🥰 with a surprise 😮 wow that was huge, bless him.
I can’t help but manifest a garden this big , blank can verse to create my dream place but I may need a new body to do the work 😂😂.
Take care xx xx xx
Samantha is really getting into planting the older she gets, her little hands with dirt on them were precious. Benjamins big ole frog was amazing and the picture was prefect
The lilacs look great with the little purple and with flowers in the pot. And the flower bed plus a little in another one looks so big. Trees planted and dream stream cleaning oh my, so busy and i love it.Great video ❤
Frogs and snails and puppy dog tails…that's what little boys are made of. So cute!🤗
It must be so satisfying to plant so many trees! I enjoy seeing how things are progressing there! Benjamin's Frog friend is huge! What a thrill for him to be able to carry it around and show it to you. The snap-shots you took are precious! I did see your post about the frog on Insta or FB, but enjoyed it a second time! Thank You for all of your posts!
Wow! Love the pansy projects especially under the tree
I know this discussion isn’t related to the title of this video, but I really need some help with this. Before I get into it, I want to say that I enjoy watching your videos! I'm not a gardening expert, but I’ve learned a lot from you. My mom owns a brownstone in New York, and she’s in her 70s. I do everything I can to make her feel comfortable. She is on a fixed income, so I want to find an affordable but beautiful small tree for her backyard. I’m looking for a tree with colorful foliage—something with a bit of orange but mostly burgundy-colored leaves. It shouldn’t grow taller than six feet, as my mom doesn’t want anything too tall. Do you have any recommendations on where I can find a tree like this?
Not spring yet in my part of Canada. We just had a snowstorm that dropped 15cm on us. Melt will start in earnest come April. We don’t normally start planting until mid to late May. I am envious of your climate.
Laura and Aaron are such good parents! Living by example❤. Love all the sweet family moments and seeing little ones enjoy this time with you! I can’t wait to see all your trees mature and the beautiful variations of texture and color!❤
Question on pruning lilacs … i planted one in the wrong spot, too big to move now, but if i could hard prune it after flowering this spring down about 2 feet to be just as high as the fence. Will i get blooms next spring, will it bush more from the bottom so i can have a short 6 ft shrub to keep at that size with regular pruning!
Ive grown to like it in the wrong spot, just that i need to keep it smaller.
I Loved the Whole Video!! Benjamin found a Big Frog!! The frog Must love his home! AND why not …. its at Laura and Aaron's house.
I laughed out loud when you were talking about " your checker borad," and here comes Samantha " coming through!" 😅 I love her being right beside you planting and wearing her gloves!! You and Aaron have the sweetest kids and that they are learning at their tender ages!! PAT Yourself on the back!! 🏆🚜😊🎉❤❤ 8 years watching now, and I start my day with you, Laura ! Love your smile and being bubbly! And a big treat to see Aaron and the kids! ( I feel like Benjamin and Samantha are part of my tribe of grandchildren, too!! Been there from the begining, ‼️) 💝🎉😊👨👱♀️
Love how Samantha is helping you more the older she gets so sweet. The pansies roll looks beautiful as with all the trees you put in.
Question; Did you ask the pond guy if having a frog is ok or should you move it somewhere else if it will eat the fish? 🐟 ❤
It is all so extremely beautiful! Can’t thank you enough Laura, and your family for bringing so much joy to my life by watching your videos and your family grow up.Thank you thank you,all ! 😊
Hi Laura,
I live in Colorado and am constantly dealing with hard-pan clay soils filled with large rocks! For planting, I've mostly ditched the normal garden spades and use a tool called Root Slayer as well as a Sharp-shooter shovel. They really help to break up the soil in ways that a normal shovel cannot! Highly recommend.
Money bread pots lol (pull apart)
Lots of beautiful plants and ever greens you planted up today and oh my the frog was big that Benjamin had .and Littie Samantha was helping out with planting again so cute just inspiring
Is there any plastic in those paper pots? I want pots with only plant ingredients!
Please create a Garden Cats Channel!!!
At 8.20 did the plant get planted with the plastic on?
When you have ground so rock hard shouldn’t it be rototilled first?
Just want to ask if you might have read The Secret Life of Plants. One of the English garden gurus I watch, Bunny Guinness, was interviewing a gardener friend who mentioned her new attitude toward her plants as a consequence of reading The Secret Life of Plants. They also mentioned their love of The Complete Book of the Flower Fairies. So I bought them both and of course thought of you, my favorite American Garden guru. The author of The Complete Book of the Flower Fairies is an artist who illustrates the flower and adds a beautiful flower fairy and a poem with all the information about the flower to go with it. This is definitely a book for you and Samantha to read together. This may be part of the inspiration for so many beautiful English borders.
It will look and smell AWESOME!
