Please help. I’ve had this guy for years and we’ve never had any issues. My snake guy has one very yellow, almost crunchy leaf. I’ve recently moved and get less sunlight here so I’m hoping that’s the problem, since I can get grow lights. I bottom water once every couple weeks. Literally nothing else has changed in my care for it aside from moving.

That yellow part is dead. These guys need a lot of sun and not so much water as far as I know. Getting less sunlight will decrease the amount of water it needs too.
Contrary to what people thinks snake plants do like a little light so if u have it where there’s no light at all it will seem fine at first then eventually starts dying. If your lighting is not good use a grow light.
