Hey all,
Recently got this bad boy at Home Depot. Went ahead and repotted, resoiled, and regularly monitoring moisture level.
Well I did everything I can on my end, I unfortunately live in a very corner of south facing apartment. Meaning I get about 1-2hrs of direct sunlight this time of the year.
On most days, shown picture is about as much ambient light creeps into my biggest window.
My question is, is 1-2hrs of direct sun enough? Do I need to supplement that with plant grow light?
I don’t particularly want this to get any bigger than it already is.
Added context: it’s been about 2 weeks since repotting. It shed some lower leafs in the first couple days but that hasn’t happened in the last 7 days.
I see some browning on tips of few leaves but I’m just gonna assume that’s from the stress and not from any disease or mites?

I had a similar situation with my flf and I had to get a grow light. It dropped a few leaves and just wasn’t happy. They really like bright indirect light for most of the day, so a couple hours won’t be enough. Maybe try opening the blinds all the way to bring in more light?
It looks really happy
My FLF loves my south facing window it leans though
They do need more light than 1-2 hours. Invest in a grow light and you’ll be so happy you did!!
