I have them in bright indirect light that receives morning sun. I water them about once a month, sometimes longer. I bottom water in the sink and allow excess water to run off after. Their potting media is happy frog potting soil mixed with orchid bark to improve drainage. No signs of insect activity.

Check the base of leaves, do they rot? Are there any orange spots?

Maybe more water?? Like every two weeks. I’m not an expert on these plants, but when succulent leaves crinkle like that it’s typically because they’re thirsty

I’m gonna lean with overwatering based off what your leaves look like currently. Just my best guess without actually looking at the roots. The soil looks good, I have a larger mature snake plant and I maybe water once every 6 weeks, it’s located between a wall and china cabinets and I have a floor lamp (grow light bulb) on it 12-16 hours a day. Lighting is essential. The indirect light used to throw me off too but I have yet to own a plant that has not enjoyed being plastered to my actual windowsill or having a grow light within a couple feet of it. I rarely water when the top 2 inches are dry it’s normally when it’s bone dry but a little more because it is blooming for the first time, so I’m thinking it is happy. Good luck, if you get a chance definitely check the roots.

Check the roots, my hahniis did the same and i ended up dramatically downsizing. Theyre most sensitive than normal snake plants.
