New and learning? Let’s get started: practice good hygiene and try to not overcrowd your collection. Your first infestation will be a doozy if you do (speaking from experience 😭). If you just got these plants then they could be showing signs of acclimation stress which is totally fine. Pests can transfer on your hands and you should absolutely check underneath your leaves for them because that is where they prefer to feast. Pick up a neem solution, insecticidal soap, and jacks deadbug brew. I inspect weekly, some inspect daily. Read up on the common enemy: thrips, spider mites, mealies, and aphids. There is usually someone here that will always help :). Good luck and don’t be afraid to take on the bug menace!

Sorry to say it looks quite a lot like thrips. I don’t see any adults, but there are some white specks that look like larvae as well as the way the leaves are dying look similar to the issues I come across with my struggling plants.
