I think the perspective makes it look like grass but it’s more likely a tall plant being farmed. Could be some kind of grain like barley?
* Apparently in Bologna they grow a lot of something called Italian Sorghum.

I’ve seen wheat fields do that
It’s some kind of grass crop with long awns like barley, wheat, farro, or rye. My money’s on barley but it’s hard to tell.
