I’ve been watching for several years…they still give me ideas and it makes me happy to see someone else gardening big when I am limited in space.
Thank you so much for the beet technique! I'm in MN and was just thinking of starting my beets, but I was going to do it in one of my small cell trays. NOT ANYMORE! I'm going to try your method this year! You always have such great ideas and solid advice! ❤
I like the repeat! I’ve been gardening for 40+ years and you always jog my memory.😊
I watch these every year, and rewatch them in the depths of winter while planning and buying seeds.
This video motivated me to pick out the tomato/tomatillo/eggplant varieties I will be growing this year, make a new batch of seed starting mix, and fill their six-cells.
I also filled some trays for brassicas , even though i have never ever been able to grow them successfully in our 'spring'
I love the reminders, keep on!
I love the videos of what to plant by month cause it's a reminder when I see the video it's time to start seeds!
I like the current season videos, not a snooze fest for me!
Love love love All your Videos!❤
Luke, I've been a fan of yours since the start, and I LOVE every single one of your seed starting videos!!! Keep up the FANTASTIC work!!!
I am grateful you do these reminder videos……
Redundancy is just what I need. Your channel has become my garden calendar, a springboard for what’s “due.” Thanks so much and keep up with the reminder videos. 😊
Please dont stop! I need the annual reminder and even when I think that I've seeded everything you often inspire me to try something new. These videos inspire me to get in the garden and prepare even when the weather is crap and I'm feeling the winter blues! Your energy is contagious and I live near Pittsburgh so your advice on when to sow is pretty spot on for me.
I didnt know anything about gardening before watching you. I wouldn't have been able to tell you the difference in different types of soils, fertilizers what the importance of each was and how and when to use them. I WASNT ABLE TO KEEP MINT alive and now I have 30 tomato starts and plenty of other plants that are all thriving! So thank you!
I love these videos as there is so much to remember! Never stop and see you in April!
I actually appreciate the redundancy. It's the helpful reminder I need. Also, it gives opportunity for changes and additions. With each year I'm sure your knowledge and experience can/does change. Thanks for the information
Not
I think these videos are helpful because life gets busy and I have a terrible memory, so when I see it's time to start these seeds it's like an alarm goes off to get moving.
We live in Rochester Hills and LOVE that we can follow along exactly with you!! I have never had luck with direct sowing beets. Going to plant some inside by this weekend
I have been gardening for so many years. Also following your videos for years. I appreciate your input starting seeds even if I may not be doing my seeds the same time.
Great reminder videos and for ideas
Coconut rule is new to me. I sow more beet seeds but I just put them in. I will try the coconut rule.
I'm not new to the channel but I'm new to gardening. I love your videos and hope that you continue with them. I have learned a lot and also recommended your channel to others some that have gardened for years and like to see how others do their gardens. Thank you
Comment for the shear fun of it…who is the oldest gardener? Who is the youngest?
I'm 54yrs and have been vegetable gardening for 5 years.😊
Love it all!
Don’t you dare stop these videos! I am 57 years old and have been “real life” gardening for only 8 years!! That means:
I forget when to start things
I forget how to start things
I still have a lot to learn
And
Your videos are amazing motivators to keep moving forward
PS: BEETS! I forgot AND I didn’t know I should plant 3 each!
You're always fun to watch. I've learned so much from you over the years. You relay so much knowledge. Gardening makes us appreciate life. "I'm here and I love life" as you said, That is awesome. Keep going Luke.
Thank you for the reminder! I'm planting between rainstorms.😊
