Look up sodney plant guy on Youtube, he has many tutorials
Everything looks good, but you 100% need a smaller pot with very chunky/airy soil (water in pole will drip and saturate the pot), and 2 suggestions, the moss seems a little too dense/comprimed, and you will need to spray every 1 or 2 days on the moss pole where the last node is in contact with the pole (you will have a hard time growing aerial roots if you have humidity under 65% and don’t keep the moss near node humid).
