You can’t really grow citrus from seeds but need a cutting or clone from the parent tree, at least if the goal is to consume them.

You could try to germinate the seeds, but if you want to have a tree that make fruits is better to buy a tree in a nursery.
It gonna take a long time for the seeds to be mature enough to produce fruits, probably 8-10 years, and because it´s propagate from seeds it´s not garantize that that tree produce fruits or if the fruits gonna have a good taste, a good size.

Citrus trees are almost always grafted, you can try growing from seed but you’re more likely to get some kind of proto-lemon that’s not super tasty.

They look more like Persian limes to me. Meyer lemons have smooth skin. Both are tasty whatever they are.
