Where should I cut this plant (the scientific name I can’t remember at the moment) ? I want to make a bush.

I don’t know the plant. General rule is that it branches where you cut it. It branches from the nodes like the the ones you can see at the bottom of the plant. So cut it like halfway and 2 fingers above a nod. I would make 2 cuttlings from the stuff you cut of and then plant it together with the powerplant once they’re rooted.
