Looks like Oenothera parviflora

Looks like a evening primrose. If it is, it is a biannual that will often self seed. Not really invasive/aggressive ( at least in it’s native area), but might need to thin seedlings if it is in a happy spot. Nice plant to have.

I have a variant of these called Hooker’s Evenings.

They get kinda rangy but I let some grow as they have nice flowers and aren’t rude to my garden, easy to pull the ones you don’t want
SEA2COLA
OP, with some water and fertilizer evening primrose will get bush-sized. Personally I like them but they’re native in my country. I guess you have to consider invasiveness but it’s a nice non-native nonetheless.
