This harvest is full of carrots from my backyard garden. I sowed these carrots in my cold frames last September. They grew all winter but the super cold temps made the tops die off. I was so happy to see there were many baby carrots still in there!
Speaking of carrots, have you ever grown cosmic purples? I've gotten into planting crops with their original natural colours as possible and i recently discovered domestic carrots started out purple, they are so big and gorgeous and really tasty

Thats a lott of carrots!!
That's enough carrots for a lovely little feed. Something like lightly glazed carrots or steamed carrots would be really nice this time of year. đ
