No offense to pinestraw, but I'm not a big fan. I hate walking on it, slipping on it, and if I'm barefoot I end up getting it in my feet like tiny, little swords. I know I want something for my backyard and I know it damn sure is not gonna be those little death sticks. So, my good landscapers, of The Reddit, wanna share what you got? I use creeping thyme for ground cover. Very pretty option, and it can withstand light foot traffic
