They are all adorable! I have a favoritism toward the runts, so I like the littlest one! Chloe is lovely as well. ❤ Also, when he said beautifully unique, Boo-nique popped in my head. lol she's Boo-nique 😂 I currently have Mini Nubians rn and am hoping they took, because I can't wait for babies too!
Oh JESS 😍 I was really trying hard to NOT HAVE BABY GOAT FEVER but I’m feeling a little sickly after this. 🥰 You couldn’t get much more CUTENESS IN THIS VLOG. I can’t wait to show Klaira and Banks. We seem to watch a lot of animal videos nowadays. 😂. They are gonna love the Bluey names. So much love for each of your arms to snuggle. I would say that’s a EXTRA SPECIAL BLESSING. We started giving moms Bose a month before kidding and it has made a world of a difference with the selenium issue! No I don’t have to deal with giving all of our kids paste after they are born 😊

We also raise Nubians here and quads are actually not uncommon I’ve seen many people who’s Nubians have had quads already this year, I have a doe on the farm that usually has quads and I have a first freshener due at the end of the month that has consistently shown quads on her ultrasounds!

One of my girls is due any day. I got her and her sister last year and was told they were from a litter of triplets. She's so huge, I won't be surprised if she has triplets. I'm a bit nervous – never dealt with triplets before. And she's such a skittish thing, I'm really not sure what kind of mom she's gonna be. I don't even know how I'm going to milk her. She won't let me anywhere near her. So sad. I've only ever loved her and cared for her and never even raised my voice to her, and she's terrified of me – both girls are. Must've been horribly abused before I got them, poor things.

The socialization makes so much sense! The goats at my uncle's farms were so mean, but no one played with them. I have yet to get over that trepidation to interacting with any goat thanks to them. They're so cute!

I always add blackstrap molasses AND acv to very warm water. I would give a bottle of the colostrum to the smaller one to make sure it gets enough.
Bo-Se and cdt shot 30 days before kidding. With a doe that kids 3 or more ,selenium and Vitamin E paste. I also give a cobalt salt block.
For those that have never had goats, always put out baking soda and free choice minerals. There are also protein/ mineral tubs and blocks. These are mostly used in winter and in summer or drought conditions .
If using only grass and hay during winter,dry summer, drought conditions, you need your hay tested .
Oh my, if I wasn't half the country west of you, I would apply for kid sitting and socialization. Too cute.
