I noticed parts of this particular leaf were turning brown around a month ago (blue arrow). Since then, I noticed several other spots on the leaf began to turn brown and decay as well (red arrows). This is the only leaf having this problem. What is happening?

I want to say it’s just damage but it’s hard to tell from the picture, could you post a new one that’s focused on that leaf and maybe zoomed in some?
This can happen if the humidity is too low when the leaf unfurls. Most likely just mechanical damage.
