I garden professionally in z5b/6a Massachusetts. I'd prefer to plant natives, or nativars with the same flower type (eg cone flowers that are not double/bombe forms). Question: I'm concerned about non-natural red leaves as I've been told they're poisonous to the pollinators…True?
