I would like to hear all your recommendations to get the best out of my first white carolina strawberry and my little bing tomato.

I bought this lights in FB marketplace today, would they be of some help or not really?

There is plenty of light outside, but I fear cats damaging them, thats why I decided to grow them indoors.

I am open on hearing any kind of recommendations.

I don’t think those lights are strong enough for flowering and growing fruit/vegetables. I use lights like that on regular house plants. I could be wrong. My guess those would be good to supplement light in addition to a window during your growing season.

Flowering, fruits and vegetables need FULL sun, means they need full spectrum.

For good grow lights Barrina, or Sansi are real good. You can get them on Amazon. You can also get sealed grow beds to help protect the plants outside plus you’ll get the benefits of a little green house.
