Put cat beds on the chairs, and then remove them when you want to sit down. Even faster than that awesome little gadget! I think cats like sitting up high, not on the floor, if they have a choice. Great video! Love the tea and cookies. My own family is hard to be around and extremely thoughtless. So watching your family be so lovely and cozy together is a balm. Thank you ❤

Wonderful video.❣ Everything you said about "making special moments" is so true. I had my children participate in setting the Sunday table with dishes and silverware, cloth napkins, something other than everyday. They still make reference to those Sunday meals sitting around a lovely table enjoying an intentional afternoon together. Make those memories while you can, it all goes by so very quickly. 💖

You are so beautiful Laura! Also you are a perfect match for what you do, you couldn't have a more fitting job! As far as my childhood, my mother pretty much ignored us, we were to be seen and not heard. As far as my stepfather I had a face only a mother could love and I would grow up and amount to nothing, plus he was very physically and mentally abusive and every aspect of my life was controlled from my hair to what I wore to how long I could take a shower. I would love prayers that the Lord would heal my heart.

Laura in the process of making your cookies, you used a "juicer" device to extract liquid from the limes. It had a cup attachment to collect the liquid. I use the "Burn the candle" way of life. We all have that thing that we love but are saving for a special occasion, and the occasion is always next time. Make it this time and burn that special candle because you like it.

If you have a baking stone, it will help your cookies bake much more evenly. The stone absorbs the heat from the oven spreads it out across the surface. It’s honestly pretty hard to burn stuff using stoneware.
Unfortunately your glaze was wrong, you should used whisker to make it a bit foamy but taste is same👍🏻

I love a good tea party! My china was in boxes for years and I finally got a china hutch to store them in and it has made all the difference. Not only is it beautiful to look at, we use it so much more and enjoy all those celebratory moments even more. 😊

My daughter uses a chomchom on our couches and chairs. It also works on bedding. We have two indoor cats. She swears by it and recommends it highly.

That chom chom looks great! I use old towels or a fleece blanket to cover everything the car sits on. She can still make biscuits in the the blanket and the fleece is super easy to wash!
