Dollar Tree Gardening Supplies are HERE and they are perfect for gardening on a budget. But are they worth the money??? Today (while in my garden) I will show you some garden tools and decorations I actually bought and use in my very own garden. Most are good but some are NOT. I will also open up a seed pack and show you exactly how many seeds are really inside! The results might surprise you!!! (they did me)

    I almost bought that watering can today, glad I didn't! Ive been buying seeds from dollar tree for years and i always have success with them . Walmart sells those same seeds, same brand, for 59 cents a pack. I'll stay with my dollar tree. They're still 4/$1

    Tip, put coffee filters in the bottom so you don’t lose any soil and only water flows through the drainage holes.

    👀 Just a heads up.
    Blue watering can: Did you know you can pour water out of the handle side of this watering can? I don't know if they designed it this way for a purpose -but it works for some of the hanging plants I water.

    Regarding the watering can that spills out the sides…..try tipping it the other way so that the water comes out of the handle hole.

    I have had good luck with many of their garden items but others have been bad like the hose gun sprayer and some of the gardening gloves.

    I was disappointed about the watering can pouring off the sides when filled to the top as well (the more water it can hold the less you have to refill it). The secret is just filling it 3 inches or so below the top, and it's no issue at all. And I ended up really liking it for my indoor plants, due to it's wide open top. I place my plants in a tray or bowl, top water and allow it to soak for a few minutes, kind of a top/bottom watering combination. What makes the wide open top great is that I can now reuse the water left over in the trays and bowls after watering each plant, and simply pour it back into the can. Now I can use alot less water!

    You did a nice job! Thank you! This year at mine 😂 found a few packages of plastic large head push in stakes to hold landscape fabric. They worked great. I have gone back several times to get more, but, alas, never there. Their decor is a cheap way to freshen porch or entry into garden (even if it only lasts one season).
