Just added a beauty to my collection when I got it home I noticed it had three pups growing from it and one is completely white/pink. Will it continue this variegation as it grows if I leave it attached? should I remove so it doesn’t just suck nutrients from the mother?

I would leave it. The nutrients it’s pulling are fairly negligible compared to the mother plant. Maybe it’ll start to put out more partially variegated leaves and you can try pulling and rooting it then.

If it doesn’t after maybe 3 more leaves, you’ll have enough to chop it to try and force it to revert a bit before going nuclear and pulling it.

I would maybe let the pup get a little bigger before you start chopping at it. I’m always loathe to mess with pups unless I know they are strong enough to take it. The plant will eventually decide what it wants to get rid of and like someone else mentioned, if it is leeching, it is probably not much, esp since the leaves are pink. I would keep an eye on that lower leaf that is a half moon, as you may be able to save that one later.
