I’ve had a fence for roughly a year and when it rains a lot, the ground loosens where my gate entrance is posted causing this. Is there anything I can do to avoid this?
Always but your concrete below the surface. Each freeze it will squeeze up if you don’t.

Could try building up the soil around it so water drains away from it. Making sure it’s compacted well so it doesn’t just wash away.

heavy clay heaves with changes in temperature and moisture. freeze/thaw. even just heavy rains it’s swell.
seems like you put only a tiny bit of concrete so the ground is just moving it around… I’d dig around it. maybe one side at a time. backfill with gravel
